Welcome to Bharat Clay Bricks. We are committed to providing high-quality handmade clay bricks and tiles that meet industry standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and transportation requirements, returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The products received are damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect products have been delivered.
  • The quantity delivered differs significantly from the quantity mentioned in the order.
  • Manufacturing defects are found in the supplied products.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any issue with the order.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that customers inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or defects should be reported to us with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery receipt details
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective products
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund consideration.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or incorporated into any construction project.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.
  • Custom-made or special-order products manufactured according to customer specifications.
  • Minor color, texture, or dimensional variations that are natural characteristics of handmade clay products.

4. Return Approval Process

Once your return request is received, our team will review the claim and may request additional information. If the return is approved:

  • We will arrange product replacement or authorize the return.
  • Returned products must remain in their original condition.
  • Transportation arrangements will be communicated by our team.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If replacement stock is unavailable.
  • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances attributable to Bharat Clay Bricks.
  • If a valid claim regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products is approved.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production, dispatch, or shipment begins. Once products have been manufactured, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to applicable charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bharat Clay Bricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products covered under the approved claim.
